Dear parent / carer,

We are always astounded by the generosity of people. Even in the toughest of times we find that people are still looking out for those around them who could be struggling. It is heart-warming to see the care that is still there for and between people.

As some of you already know, we offer support throughout the year wherever we can and Tracy is always available to listen, to advise and to find practical support where she can. For example, if you are finding you have too much month at the end of your money and you just don’t know how you are going to get by. We can always signpost you to places that might help and often we can manage things like food parcels for you ourselves.

Just within the last few days, we have been overwhelmed by the amount of support being offered to our children and families over the Christmas period. We have been inundated with offers of food and toys to help anyone who might need it.

If you feel you would benefit from some support, please text or call Tracy on 07702 508780. This will be completely confidential and is there for anyone needing it. Please don’t be afraid to ask.

If you need food, we can help; the deadline for this is Wednesday so we can arrange to drop it off.

If you need a specific toy or present for your child and you are really, genuinely struggling, please contact Tracy on Tuesday and let her know what this is. We have been approached by someone who is eager to help support our families by funding and shopping for one affordable present per child who is in need.  This will be on a first come first served basis, as numbers are limited.

The support is there; just let us know that you need it. We really do want to help you all to have the nicest holiday time possible.
