Useful Information

PE

  • Children are to come to school wearing a PE kit
  • Please send your child to school wearing suitable PE clothes (joggers/leggings, a t-shirt and trainers with a jumper and coat for cold weather).

  • Please do not send your child wearing any jewellery other than stud earrings, which they need to take out (or be covered in plasters) on PE day.

 

Home READING & HOMEWORK

  • Homework is sent out each Friday alternating between spelling and  maths.
  • Reading Books returned on a Thursday

 

OTHER INFORMATION

  • The children can bring in their own fruit snack to have during break time, as they will no longer receive free fruit from school.   

  • Every Friday, the children will take part in ukulele and Spanish lessons. 

  • Every Friday, a group of children from each KS2 class , go to Marigold Court to take part in games and activities with the residents (This is always a very popular activity.)
